Our response to the COVID-19 crisis

We, along with health officials world wide, are actively monitoring the local and global health status of the COVID-19 disease.

Here are some of the steps we've taken:

- As always, support issues will be resolved via our remote support session tool(s) where possible. This prevents any person-to-person contact and allows us to continue to provide support for our clients.
- On-site visits will be scheduled during non-business hours. We have access, or can be granted access, to most of our clients work places during non-working hours. Again, the goal here is eliminate as much person-to-person contact as possible.

We will continue to follow CDC guidelines and limit person-to-person contact as few people as necessary and will be carrying and using hand sanitizer during all office visits that are not possible outside of normal business hours.
